CareWindow is an easy-to-use automatic bedside videophone for connecting people who can’t use a smartphone or tablet, helping them keep in contact with their loved ones.
CareWindow provides the highest levels of privacy and security to safeguard all information, ensuring peace of mind. A CareWindow device can only be called from the free CareWindow mobile app, and only after pairing. This prevents any scammers or telemarketers from getting through vulnerable loved ones. An Internet connection is required. You can connect the CareWindow via WiFi, Ethernet or 4G. To use via 4G, a data SIM for the product will need to be purchased separately.

We offer a one-year return-to-base consumer warranty for CareWindow units, providing a replacement for any defective products.
To reset the unit: unpair it by navigating to Homescreen > Pair > Unpair, then go to the name section (Homescreen > tap the top-right > clear name and photo).
Note:
It's important to note that CareWindow is not surveillance technology. It supports only two-way communication, never allowing one-way observation or recording. Our design has been widely accepted in facilities thanks to features that promote resident dignity and workplace privacy. These include:
- Turning off the unit at the power point.
- Placing the device face-down.
- Rotating the camera to block visibility, using the convenient swivel mechanism.
- Activating "do not disturb" mode.
- Restricting call times at specified hours.
- Rejecting or ending active calls as needed.
- A loud and prolonged ringtone that allows for easy rejection of incoming calls.
